I ordered via apps of home cleaning services for 3 hours for schedule on 12 July 2025 time 1 pm to 4 pm done payment. after waiting 1 hours get informed of the services unable to be delivered and ask for a rescheduled or refund. in ur apps describe it's scheduled slot still available on 1 to 4 pm. so what's point of ur apps for.. for PRANK or Refund Apps. PRANK HOME. hopefully other not felt condition like me. it's my first order and will be the last

I ordered the home service for cleaning the room at 8am from the day before. However the staff suddenly cancelled at the scheduled time, then I was forced to re-book another service. When I booked, the app just freezed just like that. The customer service didn't react as they only open during 8am-10pm at the time I needed the help most. How I am supposed to know if the staff will be able to arrive at 8am or that I need to cancel the service. Bad customer service experience, bad application.

The interface is actually good with easy-to-use experience, but the home cleaning service is so bad. It's dissapointing. The cleaner isn't giving satisfactory result. I found other apps have way better service for home cleaning. I used to order from other apps and the results are top-notch. The cleaner in other apps seem like having certain cleaning standard. But the cleaner in this app seems confused on what to do and not giving a good result. I uninstalled it and going back to the other app.
