Worst customer support I have ever experienced. I placed order for 2 phones more than 12 days ago. 1 was picked up without any issue but another one was showing Pacman cancelled in their app while the DELHIVERY partner picked it up and in their (DELHIVERY) app it's showing both the phone have reached Jaipur faculty. But I'm trying to connect instacash customer service both on chat and call from more than one week but the only response I'm getting is everyone is busy taking another call 🤷🏼‍♀️

very bad experience, even after confirming the device condition. they are heavily dependent on pick that to buy a third party which in my case was Delhivery. the pick up guy from delhivery was not very keen for the pickup. si he sent a report of device mismatch. the matter was escalated to both instacash and delhivery but in vane. noone of them resolved my issue. the customer case support is even pathetic. no-one called back even after placing multiple requests. ar the end I had to cashify app.

I have placed order for two phones. only one phone was Picked up that too after so much delay...10-15 days.. after 5-6 reminders... customer care is also least responsive.. 2nd phone is arrenged to pickup after 10- 15 reminders, and 15-20 days.. then courier partner rejected twice... because of orginal box is not included.. though I haven't submitted the original box for 1st order.. but luckily 1st order completed.. 2nd order is incomplete.. increased 1 star for 1st order..
