It’s fine as long as the device is working, but if you ever need customer support, it becomes the worst product to deal with. I requested a new SIM after losing the previous one and even paid ₹300 for it, but it was never delivered. I tried contacting customer care multiple times, but the experience was pathetic, no response at all , seem they always on holiday.Not recommended at all.

I purchased the OneLap GPS tracker on 19 November, and since then I am facing continuous issues. The location accuracy is extremely poor, and alerts come 30 minutes to 1 hour late. There is no proper live tracking even after trying all recommended settings. I have been trying to contact your support team for 10 days, but the responses are slow, unhelpful, and not solution-oriented. This kind of customer service is honestly very disappointing.

I wanted to bring to your attention some of the issues I have been experiencing with the One Lap Go Plus. Recently, I encountered a problem where my vehicle was not moving, but the alarm was buzzing and the app showed the vehicle as moving. I reached out to customer support to address this issue, but I found it frustrating that there is no customer care number and communication is only through WhatsApp. As discussed on call, the issue is resolved but one upgrade is pending which will be done.
