Actually not a bad little app. The forums actually are useful. I was able to see that it wasn't just me having trouble installing the latest OTA update for the OP 12 USA. Its been solved now but I was able to fire up this app and find out in a few seconds I was far from the only one. Saving me a system reset (problem fixed itself). Easy to give feedback, see latest SW version releases etc.

OnePlus Community App is a great app to use if you have any problems, bugs, issues or whatever the problem, you can get help directly. If you want to explore new things in the phone or OS, you can do this too. If you want make new friends & stay connected with them wheather your region or global or chat/discuss with them, also you can do this. Talking about, the community managers, head-moderators and moderators are all nice and friendly. I like this 😊.

I've found the OnePlus 15 face unlock feature to be unreliable. 😠 It even opens with a photo! 📸 This is a major security flaw. 🔒 #OnePlusSecurity
