I set a temperature in the app and it randomly changes the setting to something else. When things are working well, this happens twice a week. But sometimes it happens hourly. There is virtually no customer support system for homeowners - there is no phone # to call, no online chat available, and it's very difficult to find the support email address. Quite simply, the app fundamentally fails to achieve the most basic tasks it's designed for. Update: a year later, it's still horrible.

When it works I prefer this app to the wall control. BUT the big issue is that it seems to randomly "disconnect" one or all of my 4 units. I can't get them back "online" within the app. Extremely frustrating after being used to using an Ecobee or Nest thermostat with an Alexa. Having to get up (especially in the middle of the night) and work my way thru the menu on the wall unit is a frustration. I don't think my guests could manage their room temperature without a training session😵💫
