Working with your Connor Wellness practitioner, the Connor Wellness App provides you access to a customized health and wellness plan and enables
you to keep track of everything you need to follow the lifestyle recommendations your practitioner has designed specifically for you.

The app allows you to share your progress — your healthier food choices and activities, when and how often you are taking supplements, how much water
you are drinking, how well you are sleeping, and so on — with your practitioner and gives them a way to make changes and recommendations for you. This accountability helps create the new habits and behaviors that lead to better health.

The app includes valuable resources and smart features to help improve your results:
• Set and monitor personal health goals together with your practitioner.
• Track food choices, exercise, sleep quality, stress-reducing activities, nutritional supplements, moods, pain, and more.
• Lifestyle plans and educational information, including the nutritional value of foods, meal plans, and recipes.
• Nutritional supplement scheduling — so you know what to take and when to take it.
• Electronic journal for keeping track of key health changes or reflections.
• Automated reminders — so you never have to worry about forgetting anything again!
• We’ve integrated with Google Fit so that you can automatically import your steps, sleep, blood pressure and other data from your favorite health and fitness tracking devices right into the app.

In addition, the app gives you a direct connection to your practitioner who can monitor your progress in real-time and give the ongoing support you need to get healthier and feel better.
