About this app

This application allows to verify the conditions of safe use of stepladders for professional use. Including hand stairs are a stretch and support extensible and scissor or self-stable, as shown in the series of technical standards UNE-EN 131.
They are outside the scope of the stairs made of insulating material for electrical work, according to the UNE-EN 61478.
Before doing work on a manual height ladder should be assessed risks of the job and whether there are other means of access and permanence safer.
Its use should be limited to situations with low risk (sporadic and short-lived jobs, less than 30 minutes that do not require physical exertion or MHL) and others in which the dimensions of the space does not permit the use of other means of access.
Note for users of Tablet: it is possible that the meter does not work properly according to the manufacturer of the device.
