With the FITR app you have everything you need to achieve your sports goals, in one place. Train at our club in Oostburg, Terneuzen or as a DOW employee in the Diamond Center and use the app to motivate yourself, plan and track your progress.

Book lessons

View the current class schedule and easily reserve your spot for classes.

Your personal training schedule

Receive a tailor-made training plan that is tailored to your goals, level and availability. Keep track of your workouts per week or month, and check them off as you complete them.

Track progress

Log your training, performance and progress. Watch yourself become stronger, fitter and more consistent. You will gain insight into your statistics and motivation to continue.

Direct contact with your trainer

Do you have questions about your training, nutrition or recovery? You can contact your trainer or coach directly via the app. This way you stay on track towards your personal goals.

Safe and personal

Your data is stored securely and is only visible to you (and possibly your coach). You decide what data you share and with whom.
