Cool app... when it works. Managed to get two rides out of it, which is cool given it's free. But the problem is 99% time the app says there's no buses available. Either need more vehicles or need a better request/queue/AI system instead of just keep telling you to try again later. If there's a queue system and we can see there's a long queue, we can decide whether to wait or walk, instead of keep refreshing hoping maybe next min I'll get a ride

If I could give it less, I would. They charge you 5000 yen per person, and then the app won't load to let you use it. Don't do it, just use taxis. It might cost you a bit more, but at least you have reliable transport. Also, if the app ever gets going, it says your ride is 2mins away and then after you accept it changes to an hour away. The concept is good, but it is so poorly executed.

I have a North American phone number and I cannot receive the receive the required text message to sign up. It first kept sending messages and then all of a sudden said it's already in use. So now I'm stuck and likely hiking up a hill to get to my hotel. Why can't I just use my email for registration?!?!
