They take too long to process online orders. I placed an order for three sandwhiches and it takes almost an hour to have it ready. It's never busy at this particular location either so I find this unacceptable. Subway across the street never does this.

Can't order properly. When getting to toppings, etc., you have to pick the maximum amount to continue to the next option, then go back and remove the ones you don't want. I get stuck on the extra toppings because it won't allow me to just say no thank you. As a result, I haven't been able to place any orders to get the deals, because the location I pick it up at also has a broken scanner.

Ordered before I was ready to send (the app never told me my full total before sending it??) and immediately called the store directly. They said they couldn't cancel it and I need to contact the website/app. There is NO CONTACT for the website/app. I figured, whatever, I'll just deal with it... but then they delivered the complete wrong sub with the wrong name. And truly disgusting subs, at that. Called again and they still won't refund or do anything? Absolutely ridiculous.
