What's the point of an app where you order what you want, but the staff at the store get it wrong? Clearly, the Chopt near me is a location where I must observe my salad being made to make sure it's what I ordered, which makes the app useless.
App was slow...finally get order in and it says it need 45 minutes to get it ready...its a salad...why does it take 45 minutes to make. I walk in 15 minutes after placing my order and there is a 10 minute line...I'm told to come back in 30 minutes for my app order. What the heck is the point of the app. Starbucks for it right, Chop't wrong. I'll take my business elsewhere in the future.
Non intuitive layout. The biggest issue being the ridiculous wait times for food; consistently taking 10 to 20 minutes longer than estimated
Got pick up order wrong.
Have to provide an email address even just to see how the app looks like.
Love your salads but your app is buggy as s@#t and completely unuseable.
