I was a customer for years, and it was great in the beginning when they had dedicated assistants. Once they changed to a bunch of low quality assistants, the service went down quickly. I really tried to get value out of the service after they changed the model, but assistants couldn't research, fill prescriptions, or even make an appointment without errors. At least 75% of the time, I would have to do the task myself or fix it. I canceled and don't reccomend. Huge waste of time & money.

I was skeptical of Yohana at first, but tried them on a promotional special and found their service fantastic and their app intuitive and straightforward to use. I've been very happy with them so far, and keeping them pretty busy solving family research conundrums for me! They've located a therapist for one of my children, helped me get rid of a car that no longer drove, and found me services ranging from specialized notary work to somebody who could remove the mold from my car. I'm impressed.

My success rate has been ~50%. Trying this app to relieve my mental load, but find that I'm sometimes spending more time with explaining my request. I delegate the task, but still wind up having to assist or completing tasks myself. Ultimately, the jury is still out....
