Used to be able to correct time for employer to review if we forgot to clock in when arrived. Now with update it will not let us, it says "error cannot overlap same time period for same employee" please fix and i will give 5 stars.
As a casual employee the app allows me to note my Unavailabilities which is great. However when I note a time period (from 6 - 8pm) on every Thurs, for example, it appears on my employer's side as being unavailable all day. Therefore I miss out on shifts completely. I like all other aspects of the app.
Works really well for our business. Easy to schedule. You can give tasks to employees. You can modify if staff doesn't remember to log in. Of you have several branches you can see what other people are at work.
Pretty poor service. If i "start" early and "end" a shift late it doesnt count any overtime and just logs hours as the originally rostered amount. For instance i did an hour and a half overtime last night as i got asked to start early and finished late. App still just logged my hours as what i was originally rostered despite clocking on and clocking off well outside those times. No idea how much overtime i've lost over the last year because of this terrible service. Get it fixed. You are essentially responsible for lost earnings to me.
Deputy allows us to schedule our team with minimal effort and in a cost effective manner. The ability to review logins (GPS fenced) and more is what make Deputy a must have for a start up like ours. Payroll export is quick and efficient and available in many formats so take your pick. Customer Service is excellent as well. Good work guys!
I need kiosk for android. Not everyone use iPad. When will you release kiosk for android?
