About this app

Taxi Connect App is the application for all Italian taxi drivers, which allows you to connect to a network of radio taxis and international partners.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

- RECEIVE AND MANAGE TRIPS: receive taxi requests from users of radio taxis and partner applications

- PAYMENTS VIA POS SUMUP: connect your SumUp POS, halve commissions and manage your payments from the Taxi Connect app

- MONITOR YOUR PAST TRIPS: thanks to the trip history, you have a monthly report that is always updated and you know how much you will be owed at the end of the month

- VIEW YOUR TIPS AND FEEDBACK: thanks to the trip history you will be able to know what users think of your service and you can find out if they left you a tip

- DIRECT ASSISTANCE: you will be able to immediately report any anomaly found in the service with the direct assistance channel. Report if the customer is late, has too much luggage or if our quote is wrong

- MANAGE YOUR PROFILE: enter your taxi information so that users can easily identify you
