very bad. doesn't function properly. I had to close and reopen after 10 minutes for the app to work and my 2 days ticket shows it's expired even though it's valid. It's very difficult to enter metro stations. please improve your app

It's nice that you can buy the tickets through the app, but I would have wished it will include more information about how to use the tickets. It's not clear from the beginning that there are only specific gates at the metro were you can scan the QR code and sometimes they are not working. Also, the NFC didn't work for us at all, only the QR code scanner. Also, sometimes it takes a wile to load the app if you're mobile data isn't on. Overall it's a good app, but more info would be nice.
