About this app

Smart Tools® mini is a new packaged app optimized for devices without a compass sensor (magnetometer).
A half of new Android devices have no compass sensor (Moto G4, Galaxy J, Galaxy TabA ...). Surely this app will work well on all of Android devices.

* The differences between "Smart Tools" and "Smart Tools mini"
(1) This app does not include compass and metal detector.
(2) This app includes currency feature with internet connection.
(3) "Sound Meter Pro" is replaced by "Smart Meter Pro". Luxmeter is added.
(4) "Smart Measure Pro" is replaced by "Smart Distance Pro".


* It includes 7 sets for a total of 17 tools.

Ratings and reviews

Worked fine on my smartphone (better than other alternatives, specially on level tool, working without problems even with my smatphone without compass - other app I tried with this function did not work). Only problem is the Qr Code Scanner/Barcode Scanner, which has difficult to recognize (On same smartphone, using other app I didin't have this problem)

I installed this because the description of the full Smart Tools said that was incompatible with my Galaxy J series phone, but that doesn't seem to be so. Meanwhile, I find that, besides leaving out the supposedly nonfunctional compass, this version has a different Distance tool that requires knowing the height or width of a target to get its distance; I THINK I prefer the other.

Your cellphone sensors have more abilities that can be extra handy!
