CARGURU - Car sharing is a car sharing service. The price for use includes absolutely all costs, including fuel, parking charge and insurance. All operations, including registration, opening and closing of the car are made via our mobile application.

What makes CARGURU - Car sharing different from a usual car rental?

Firs of all, absolutely all costs associated with the use of the car are already included in the tariff. The customer pays only for the time when he used the car. There are no hidden costs, deposits and over-payments!

Secondly, all operations, including registration, opening and closing of the car are made via our mobile application. The user does not have to go to the company’s office to sign a contract, take the car keys and return them later at an agreed place. Our clients can take the vehicle exactly in the time when they actually need to and use it as long as they want to, and leave it wherever it is convenient for them.

And finally, our clients can rent a car for a short period of time — even for 5 minutes! After all, if a client needs a car only for a short period, then why would he overpay for the time when he is not using it?

Eventually, CARGURU - Car sharing is something more than just car rental. This is a fundamentally new perspective on mobility and an alternative to private transport.

Excellent service, car's are very well kept spotless, easy to use with the app, customer service 100% always respond highly recommend 👌

Can't register: the app crops my driver's license. When I take a picture, very carefully positioning my licence inside the app- provided borders, it comes out 3/4 cropped, very much out of frame, and there is a lot of guesswork to position the license so that it comes out cropped just right. Update: now the app will not even open because of the "user not found" error. The error, mind you, is caused by the fact that it is impossible to take a picture of my license.

The app registration is clumsy. Registration screens that require data entrance don't put focus on these fields automatically. Extra tap for every screen. The app doesn't honor user input - I had to go to the browser to try to understand the difference between basic and pro plan. When I returned to the app, I had to start the registration all over again. Not for the app - it would be great to be able to see available green zones without the registration. Perhaps on your website.
