The TNM Smart App is an application that helps you manage your prepaid, postpaid and mobile money services on TNM phone numbers. Here are some of the activities you are able to do with this app:

it's cool how I switched from dial pads to smart app. the interface is fantastic, super fast, reliable. I get to purchase bundles easily, check balances, view receipts and statements. Hope your next update lightens things up more than this....... my stars dropped down from five to two for a certain reason. whenever I try to open the app from the last time I installed and updated it, it always says something went wrong try again later, pissing me off that I'm forced to go back to dial pads, SUCKS

On bundle sharing function, add back the option to share all bundles at once. The "all bundles" option vanished with the latest update. And on bundles add an option where one is able to do a self trade-in within the available package i.e messages for minutes or data and vice versa. I believe this is possible and exciting, even if it be only a 24hr option, it can be helpful other than watching alot minutes, messages, all data expiring while you are in need of one of them that has been depleted.

It's a good app, I like it. It has all the required services and it's manageable. On Mudziwathu Village bank. Would you perhaps consider including TRANSACTION HISTORY or transaction logs in your next update? It would be of great help if we had such functionality. So that we follow up on all the transactions made, whether deposits or withdrawals, in addition to the text message notifications.
