this app is not good,ive had to uninstall twice trying to finish the process and when its time for picture it takes forever wont detect the face and then it says session expired log in again

I have just finished using the app for a whole month and I get the same result "proceso inconcluso por falta de inactividad en la applicacion" this happens once I have uploaded all images, documents, typed other requirements and have selected to be with accordance of the CLABE and terms and privacy policies, also the password." I am now sending an email with all the specifications of my smart phone. It is stressing you can add a data sheet specification of the app for installation purposes
