In it's current state, the App is badly broken. Login without problem, but then the spinning loading wheel never goes away, frequently timing out and booting you out. On the off chance that it does leaf up, going to any other window will result in the same thing. An update and fix is desperately needed at this point. Even the techs and associates at my normal bank have said the App is badly broken.

What happened to depositing checks via the app? It keeps saying 'we're having trouble processing the deposit' and prompts to take the pictures again. This feature stopped working 2 months ago. It was the main feature I'd use the app for. Please fix it. It's broken for whatever reason. Edit: there is no need for me (or anyone else for that matter) to contact you guys over a feature that used to work just fine and got broken at some point. Noone has time to come in person for a simple deposit.

I used to love the app. Other than checking my balance, I used the bill pay feature more than anything. I'm guessing the Mobile Team members were either bored or disgruntled and decided to start breaking things. The new bill pay is HORRIBLE! It was easy to make a payment, view scheduled payments, and see the payment history. Now, it's a convoluted mess!
