CAN'T DO MOBILE DEPOSIT This App is not working. When you hit the camera icon to take a picture of a check, nothing happens. Not only is this an inconvenience, but it's going to cost me money in banking fees. I've been trying to deposit since yesterday, and I've uninstalled the App and reinstalled it. Please get this fixed ASAP
With All That Money ! It could be better ! Add a Ledger / Line Item Accounting Page of Deposits and Card Payments in a timeline Order, and a Lost Card "Panic Button" to allow the Customer to Freeze Their Account Temporarily ( Like Capitol One ! ) and I'd give you more Stars!
New version 188.8.131.52 didn't fix deposit function (6/22/16) Redesign version is god dam slow, deposit photos don't work so CAN NOT deposite checks on a note4, no need for the app to say "good morning, how are you...etc" and all time wasting stuffs like that, which make the app a real snail! App redesigned to be very inefficient and retarded. And even worst that I can't even use the older version....F! Consult someone who can help to make the app works. You called it redesign, I called it you fcked it up.
Hate the updated version I hate A that I can't take a screen shot. It's MY bank info.. I should be able to screen shot it. Also hate that if I forget to sign out. When it auto sings out it takes over my entire phone. It's a huge pain. I'd prefer a lil pop up a ski g me if I want to sign out. I'm so frustrated with this app. It's better at this point to just use the browser and bookmark it.
Impossible to find routing/account #s For some reason they make it impossible to find routing and account #s even thought online it says to look by the activity history, which isn't a tab. Then when try not to use mobile app and go to website it automatically uses the mobile app format that doesn't show these numbers.... should really not be that difficult WellsFargo.
I like... being able to do most of my banking right on my phone. However I've been having issues with loading/server errors when I'm not having any issues with anything else. However generally after a while to a maximum of a day it will let me in.
