User interface is lacking making it difficult to find needed information. And I don't know if this is a WF or a developer thing, but I find it interesting how I can get multiple forms of notifications if I MISS a payment vs only getting an EMAIL to remind me to make a payment. It's almost like you want to hit me with late fees. And their isn't an option for auto pay, at least not that I can find which leads back to my first point. *I figured out how to make a payment to auto pay my full balance!

Easy to use and they've made the design and experience better over the years. One thing I've found is that the app doesn't shrink the screen to fit all of the content when the keyboard appears, so I have to remember to close it to continue in transfers or entering information, etc. It's pretty annoying as sometimes it looks like there's no way to continue, and I restart the flow sometimes before I remember I have to close the keyboard to see the rest of the screen.

The new version of this app on android is terrible. For example, when you click on Pay and Transfer then Transfer, the screen is blank amd when you click on the X to close the blank screen it won't close. The only way out is to Force Close the entire app and start over. In addition it has a delayed start. Way more delayed than any other app on my phone. It's so delayed that your left wondering if you clicked or not? Very frustrating.
