Updating a previous review: I previously gave the app 4 stars because of issues that have since been fixed. This time 5 stars! I like the app a lot; it is highly intuitive, easy to use, and takes care of almost everything I need to do with my bank. One thing I would add is to have pending payments show as affecting the balance up front. Not an issue, but could be helpful.
Love this app! Use it multiple times a day! Easy to navigate, updated instantly and always accurate. I also LOVE the mobile deposit feature! It's so simple that even my 6 year old asks to take the pics of the checks for me! Now I have one less errand to run!? Uh, YES PLEASE! Though, I do like the friendly, great service the WF branch employees always give me. Thank you WF, for helping to make banking simpler for busy ladies like me!
Update the app today (10/15) and the check deposit feature continue to be not working. The app takes the check photo automatically without waiting it is focus. The image is always blurred no matter how many times I have retried. I need to use my wife's iphone to deposit the check. I'm using Galaxy S7. Would someone who wrote this app can fix the problem once for all?
The automatic photo feature for taking a picture of a check you're trying to deposit doesn't work - and there is no manual option anymore. The problem here is huge because the camera snaps the shot before the check is centered or in focus. This ends up causing you to have to try a thousand times. I have a Pixel phone. It should work. Please fix.
Nice, useful app. Small glitch. It started quite recently, perhaps after the last system update to my phone that I ran on October 29. In which case, it might be caused by WF. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8+. I was having problems signing off. Another reviewer noted that he hit signoff in portrait mode, then shifted to landscape mode to finish the signoff. That works. Oddly, if I am in landscape mode and hit signoff, then I have to go to portrait mode to finish.
I've used the app for years, and have loved it. However, I'm pretty unsatisfied right about now. The last 4 times I've logged on (*tried to log on) I've had to get a code sent to me and I've had to change my password every.time. Not only does this make my "experience" take at least 5 minutes, it's extremely annoying and I'm out of passwords. Please, get it together already.
