Only chance to see the chat messages is through the notification. If I miss that, nowhere to be seen, same for the message I sent.

Notes get cut off, by attendance report. Full attendance report is only visible to administrators may users can only see their players attendance.

Thanks for letting us know we missed this notes issue in a recent UI update. It was updated in the subsequent release. On attendance, each organization determines team member permissions which provides flexibility for camps, Rec, travel teams. Please check with your club admin to confirm the permission is as they expect for your team.
