The Rivian app works with your R1T and R1S to make driving and owning your Rivian simple. Use your phone as a key, manage charging sessions, tap into support and so much more:

Long time rivian owner x2. Its been fantastic up until this year, new digital key is absolute garbage with anything other than an iPhone. Audio, key, connectivity has been an absolute fail. R1T has always had trouble locking and unlocking at the rear driver's side, right where the controls are of course, but now those issues are preventing a reasonable use of the vehicle. Make sure your phone is compatible first. After 2 months, no choice but to go buy an iPhone and carry two phones.

Getting better each and every update! My only deduction for a star is because swapping through multiple vehicles is terrible! You have to open the app, find the little button at the top left which sometimes you have to scroll up or down to make visible, then you have to select which vehicle you are driving, then wait for it to communicate, which can take 30 seconds... It is miserable compared to the competition. Handling multiple vehicles needs to be better, currently it sucks.

Recently switched from iPhone to Android device (Pixel) so far have been terrible. Attempt to open app either is taking very long or not at all. mostly it's been on endless loop of attempting to open and when it does if it does? You can't even access it. It doesn't even recognize it's own location of charging station, I mean you could be in the parking space and ready to plug but it doesn't even show up in the map so can access the charging station it self. Please fix the app
