I bought the unlimited data line. the Internet speed is as slow as 3MB for download and 0.7 MB upload for me in the centre of Berlin Alexanderplatz. I spoke to customer service several time that couldn't help because they see everything is fine from their towers. I was able to get to the complaints department that told me that I can't get out of my contract for 2 years and there's nothing they can do. watch out not to get scammed!

The worst service I have ever received in my life. The internet is cut off from 6 pm to 10 pm and I cannot find a solution. It reached a certain level and stopped and the problem has not been solved for me.
