About this app

vet-Anatomy is an atlas of veterinary anatomy based on medical imaging examinations and illustrations. This atlas was created on the same framework as e-Anatomy which is one of the most popular human anatomy atlases, particularly in the radiology field. This atlas is intended for veterinary students, veterinary surgeons and veterinary radiologists.

vet-Anatomy focuses entirely on animal anatomy. Designed in partnership with Dr. Susanne AEB Boroffka, ECVDI graduate, PhD, vet-Anatomy includes interactive and detailed radiological anatomy modules containing veterinary medical images from X-rays, CT and MRI. It covers multiple species: dogs, cats, horses, cattle and mice. The images are labeled in 12 languages, including the Latin Nomina Anatomica Veterinaria.
(More details on: https://www.imaios.com/en/vet-Anatomy).

Learn anatomy and radiological anatomy and enhance your knowledge.
Studies have shown that learning is more effective with interactive and easily accessible tools. However, atlases are still often in book format. Aware of this shortcoming, we have created an interactive atlas covering several species and based on normal anatomy.

Features:
- Scroll through image sets by dragging your finger
- Zoom in and out
- Tap labels to display anatomical structures
- Select anatomical labels by category
- Easily locate anatomical structures thanks to the index search
- Multiple screen orientations
- Use the training mode to review

The PRICE of the application including access to all modules is 124,99$ per year. This subscription also gives you access to vet-Anatomy on IMAIOS website.
You will enjoy all updates and new modules of different species during your subscription period.

Additional downloads are required for full use of the application.

About module activation.
IMAIOS vet-Anatomy has two methods of activation for our different users:
1) IMAIOS members who have vet-Anatomy access provided by their university or library may use their user account to enjoy full access to all modules. However, an internet connection is periodically required to verify their user account.
2) New users are invited to subscribe to vet-Anatomy. All modules and features will be active for a limited period of time. Subscriptions will be automatically renewed so that they can enjoy continuous access to vet-Anatomy.
Additional auto-renewable subscription Information:
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's account settings on Play Store after purchase.
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

The screenshots are part of the full vet-Anatomy application with all modules enabled.

The intended purpose of the product is obvious, and the fact that content is added or corrected over time, instead of being there before selling a finished product, can hardly be a justification for milking customers with recurring subscription fees ad infinitum. Antivirus or firewalls require daily wrestling with malware, but the anatomy, biology, etc., of aves, canidae, equidae, felidae ... does not change very often. A one-time purchase would be o.k, undergoing blood-letting forever is not.

vet-Anatomy is intended for veterinarians and students. The labelling of images is an expert job and we continuously add new content, these explain its fee. We provide groups and institutional discounts, please contact us at contact@imaios.com. IMAIOS SAS

"Subscriptions Aren't Acceptable For Most". Some will gripe at the prices of Apps that need to keep on top of things (medicine & technology) to name a few. But unless having a business requiring "Very Latest" & can write it off, it's not feaseable for many of us who like keeping updated in such fields, but not at these prices. Highly recommend tiered options of "Limited Level Programs" on a few versions and still keep the Annual Subscriptions for business write-offs. But Still A "Great Program".

Thank you for your feedback! vet-Anatomy is intended for veterinarian professionals and includes thousands of labelled images. The labelling is a constant expert work and we continue to add new content and new species, which is why it is an annual subscription and not a one time fee. Marina IMAIOS SAS

I have several veterinary anatomy apps and this is my favorite. I love being able to search a specific muscle and see it in several different ways! Sometimes I have trouble navigating, accidently scrolling several pictures away when trying to move the picture or zoom in, but otherwise great! **Edit: apparently you can turn off the scroll, that fixed my navigation issue! Also just learned about the practice feature where the labels are blank so you can test yourself. Great app just got better!

Thanks for your positive feedback. Sorry for the navigation issue, maybe you should try to change the option "one finger gesture" and select "pan" instead of "scroll" (this option is available at the end of the right menu). IMAIOS SAS
