Under Trees is a simple and secure private diary app that helps you record your daily journal, secrets, journey, mood, and any private moments. It is a private diary with pictures, tags, free and customizable themes, mood tracking, affirmations, font, etc. to make your personal diary more vivid and safe.

With Under Trees your privacy will be guaranteed. All your data stays with you, no backup somewhere on the cloud without your knowing, all must go with your permission and confirmation.

Under Trees also supports setting a diary password/fingerprints to protect the security of your memories and private journal. Along with it, if you forgot your password to access your diary, it's very easy to gain back your access by answering security questions. No more longing for the reset password email.

Ratings and reviews

Ads are extremely frustrating because they are full screen ads that pop up after adding a title or typing a note. There is a warning about them, but it makes it difficult to really try the app to see if I want to purchase it and continue using it. It makes it hard to want to stick around, because it is immediately frustrating to use. Customization options are beautiful, but I will be uninstalling due to the ads. I'm fine with ads and paying, but I can hardly use the app and I won't pay to try it

Pros: Record Audio, Add Images, Free Fonts (good ones), customize color pallets for the App, #s, backup your entries, Lock/Pass code, & designed more for adults -> Most journaling apps on here are either targeted towards tweens or extremely basic. This is neither. I like it. Cons: Can't format the text (B, U, I, centering, Etc..), no background images (you just choose a color), no emojis.

I've tried almost every journal/diary app in the store and this is one of my favorites. I'd rate it 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that every time you change your header image you have to customize your theme all over, that's REALLY annoying. I hope the devs fix that. Other than that, the app is really good and it's worth paying for the premium... Although the free version is awesome too.
