Hi Lang, just wanted to give you appreciation for your app, it is so helpful to keep me on track during the day. I have it start at 6:30 am and it rings every 30 minutes until 6:30 pm as a reminder to concentrate on what I'm doing, or restart what I've been distracted from doing! I change the bell sound every week so it keeps fresh and I don't ignore the signals. I see that you have other apps and I'll try them. Thanks!

Hi, I'm happy you find it's useful. I'll think about an option to have randomly bell also in future. :)

The periodic bell sound (Mine is set on Bell 6 set at 5 minute intervals) reminds me to breathe, stay mindful, and stay in a meditative mindset. I find that it calls me back to my center and helps me stay centered, relaxed, and calm. It is easy to use and has a number of choices for bell sounds. It is easily turned off and on without having to reset a lot and has a wide variety of settings to determine the length of time between repeats of the bell sound.

Still trying it out, but I like it so far. The bell sound is nice and not intrusive. The only thing I don't like is there is pretty noticeable loud static or white noise in the recording after the bell tone is finished sounding and it stays on for a few seconds too long, imo. I think it's a quality issue with the recording of the bell. But so far it hasn't bothered me enough to stop using.
