Vertigo owner here. Very frequently in the app, when changing from one type of tremolo to another, The app displays the new premolo type, but does not change any settings in the pedal itself. So nothing actually changes in the sound. Why must this app be so glitchy. It really makes me regret buying the pedal.

I love the Collider. The desktop version works great. Unfortunately, the app doesn't. I can't connect the pedal to my bluetooth adapter. When I try to connect it with a cable directly to my phone, the app says the pedal is connected but nothing I click on in the app affects the pedal. Parameter changes on the app don't do anything nor does clicking on a preset. Very frustrating.

I play bass guitar and I love the C4 synth pedal. My problem is with the app. I've used the old nuero app for many years, finding incredible sounds in the community. Unfortunately the newest update has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. Logging in shouldn't be this difficult. Also haven't had luck connecting the pedal to my android phone and/or Chromebook. I'm going to keep trying, but hopefully they can update the app and fix these things
