Atris is a platform that tracks exercise results such as movement, heart rate, and activity level. It helps users and their coaches or healthcare providers gain insight into their overall well-being. The app provides a clear overview of daily routines and the continuity of home workouts, enabling personalized feedback and motivation.

Various compatible wellness sensors can be paired with the AtrisApp, including the standard PAM activity sensor with ankle strap. Supported heart rate monitors can also be connected for additional insight into exercise intensity.

One of Atris's key features is nutrition tracking, which allows users to track their protein intake throughout the day to support a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. This feature is not available to all users; availability depends on your healthcare provider's or program's settings. Contact your healthcare provider to request access to the nutrition feature.

Atris was developed in accordance with ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 guidelines and complies with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 represent a process-oriented approach to implementing, monitoring, maintaining, and improving information security. Atris ensures that your personal data is processed securely, lawfully, and carefully, so that users and their healthcare providers can rely on secure and GDPR-compliant data processing.

Deleting your AtrisApp account
If you want to delete your AtrisApp account, there are two options:

1. In the AtrisApp, go to the options and select "Profile." Then select "Deleting your account" and follow the on-screen instructions.

2. Go to the Atris website by following the link: https://peercode.atris.life/nl/person/delete-app-account/create. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once you delete your account, you will no longer have access to the AtrisApp. However, please note that the collected health data will remain available to healthcare providers in a pseudonymized format. For more information, please consult the privacy policy.
