#Even though we sync multiple times, sync doesnot happens most of the time. I synced 4-5time via app, but throught web I saw the sync happened at 12.01 PM only. As a result I can't see how many devices are connected currently. Rather it shows the n.o of devices connected at that time. Kindly fix the problem

Why you removed "Safe Net (Parent Lock)" option from your app? It was very useful to every family and we were taking advantage from this option. But since one year ago you were temporarily removed this option that arising problems especially with children. So as soon as possible; please re add this option by which we can keep our internet safe, clean and children free.

the worst isp of nepal! As per my 6 years of user experience i don't have the best experience slow internet speed and poor customer service as it's expensive there are many other worthy ISPs go for others ! Hope you feel lucky as reading my recommendation ☺️
