I love the selections of options in neon butthe app works terribly and as often times not letting me open the item that I'm wanting to watch overall three out of 5

always crashes and gets stuck loading programs

The Neon app's performance on the new Sky TV box is terrible. It's unresponsive at best, and becomes unusable unless you force quit the app and restart it. It's been like this for as long as we've had the new box, and it's frankly shocking that Sky hasn't fixed it yet, particularly when you consider that customers are paying a Sky subscription and a Neon subscription for this.
