Not fit for purpose, freezes and crashes constantly.Plus 1 channels are no longer supported on this presumedly as a cost saving measure.....not so great when one loses the terrestrial signal which seems to be weaker on Channels 7, 11, 12 etc or if trying to set a watchlist for the evening.You can do better TVNZ & you should be ashamed that your name is associated with this App. I hate having to list who I am every time I use this as well, a one account household. Not really even worth 1 star!

Technical issues definitely need to be resolved! Every two three seconds, the app crashes out. I find it offensive that the app issues are directed towards my internet connection, which IS stable, by the way.

so frustrating trying to watch as keeps stopping or running ads over it sort it out quickly I would rather any other channels than deal with this bad service
