When I first installed it, it was exactly what I needed. Clean, effective and easy to access. But something happened and now I can't get it to open past the initial " Blue spinning whale on a white background" page. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, including turning my phone completely off between.

I very well could be doing something wrong. When I open the app, I am asked for my first and last name, zip code, and personal email (or phone number but I opted to use email). After clicking submit, I see a bar pop up that says searching on the bottom. Then nothing. Nothing happens. Nothing to let me know if the search was successful or not. Just nothing other than the "searching" bar disappears. Any ideas to get this to work?

App works the way it was designed. Most people have issues due to changes in information associated with their name(ie different phone #, email or zip code) these thing need to be correct in the system to avoid mix ups with people whom have the same name. Its good data security, not a bad app!
