This app is so bad. It won't even let me verify my card. Every time I click "verify card" the app closes. This needs to be fixed asap!!! I like to actually lock my card when I'm not using it. I can't even lock it right now. Why is this feature in an app by itself instead of being inside the mobile banking app like any other normal financial institution? That in itself is weird. Why have a card manager app that never works? That's frustrating to customers! We don't need different,we need simple!

No Update Available... I keep getting an alert that an update is available and when I click the link, there is no update in Google Play, it just shows Uninstall and Open. Now when I click on the app, it shows Update Required, but, again, Google Play only shows Uninstall and Open - THERE IS NO UPDATE - and now I cannot access the app AT ALL!!! I have had NUMEROUS ISSUES with this app ever since it had been in existence, NO ONE ever fixes it, and NO ONE EVER contacts me regarding it..

My card was locked due to an upgrade that they want but I couldn't log in...I had to call to speak with a representative for help if you want people to use this app make sure it will work properly or find another solution when someone's not able to have access to their card when you want them to upgrade the app..
