About this app

HUSE PROM Tracker is the app linked to the ICHOM project, which is carried out at the Hospital Universitari Son Espases.

This tool is aimed at patients participating in the project, so that through it the patient will be able to respond to the questionnaires assigned to them, depending on the program in which they participate. In turn, your responsible physician will be able to view the responses to these questionnaires.

The objective of this project is to obtain health results through standardized questions that allow them to be related to other important clinical results, which are obtained from the tests that can be performed in the hospital. In this way, a global measurement of your health status can be carried out and in a similar way to the rest of the hospitals that use this system, which can help to improve the perception of your health status.

These patient-reported results are important for several reasons:

1.- They measure what really matters to patients.
2.- They measure results that only patients know.
3.- They improve communication between the patient and the responsible health professional.
4.- It helps to improve the patient's understanding of their condition.
