After waiting 4 hours, being swapped around by 2 different doctors, they cancelled my consultation right as my turn was up. This is a disgrace to the medical profession. If Lee Health doesn't have the staff to service patients, then they shouldn't give out numbers, or even run this app. Very disappointing, on so many levels. 4 hours of my life gone, and I still didn't get the medical help I needed. Anyone reading this, go find another app. This one doesn't deserve your time or money.

I loved this app until it was upgraded but then I don't know how to get the upgrade.. it says( tap button below to be....) The rest of the sentence is missing and there is no button below to tap Don't like using desktop version, now I am confused about appointment s and have to make many calls to find out.

Always have issues with signing in and having to fix it every time I like that I can send message to my doctor's office even tho it takes more then 4 days to hear back ughh gets frustrating!!
