Ratings and reviews

Limits the number of photos you can download in a png to 5 per day if you don't pay for a membership, and puts a watermark on every photo if you don't pay. A simple scanning app should not have the number of photos you can save locked behind a paywall under any circumstance. Also it makes a loud camera clicking noise that you can't disable everytime you scan something.

it's good for what it is, I was going to give it more stars because I thought the app was free. but soon I found out they only give you around 10 free scans and saves. the picture quality is blurry. and there's only three free options to choose from in the edit section, and only another 2 which are not free. so that kind of sucked. but if your in a bind, it will do the job as long as you only have a handful of things to scan, otherwise you'll have to pay for it. and the quality is not worth it

the ads make it basically unusable with the free version. Changing my review at the request of Tap Scanner Customer Service: I have already downloaded and started using Microsoft Lens, which is dramatically smoother and easier, without intrusive ads and needing to hit "cancel" every five seconds or where they deceptively make their subscription sign up exit button blend into the background to try to get you to sign up for a subscription. I understand making you watch an ad, not this.
