Bad UI/UX. Although you have to pay for it and get into the bureaucratic procedures of TBI, you don't get the experience that's offered by other banks even the basic features and its support is very bad.

Was going to apply to this bank, but seeing how bad is the UI And seemingly how UX might feel, i dont think i will. heard that this bank has better exchange rate than other banks, but due to ui n ux and also most likely there isnt a safe/piggie bank feature that i frequently use with fib exist in here too

Simple and basic features such as money transferring do not work, looks and functions like it was programmed by a 10 year old. Absolutely unusable and a hassle to get it to even log in/activate.
