I visited Al Baraka Bank around a month ago to open an account. At that time, I was informed that my account number would be shared the next day and that I would receive my cheque book and debit card within a week. However, it has now been almost a month — I still haven’t received my card, and my account number was given to me after 15 days instead of the next day as promised. After recent changes of location to app, it is not working at all, unable to fetch the details or configuration. I wonder, how developers do not check or pay attention to any of the error. So frustrating and disappointing.
