I initiated two transactions totaling 50,000 PKR via the mobile application around 7:37 AM and 7:38 AM, respectively. However, the application became unresponsive during the process, leading to failed transactions despite multiple attempts. Subsequently, message confirmations were received, but funds were not credited to the intended recipients, indicating a breakdown in the application's functionality. I attempted to contact the application's customer service center is very very poor.

Why don't you guys literally just read all the reviews and fix your app asap. In this age of fast and growing tech era, you are making us stuck in a loop and errors. Digital banking should be the first top priority if you want to grow your user base. Fix it
