I am in the process of remodeling my kitchen. I am very disappointed with the amount of personal and phone followup in order to coordinate dates, delivery of materials and others. The installer is excellent, and personal very respectful. Also love the cabinets that have been installed so far. The company under contract for the logistics has been a disaster.

fast and easy ordering, pick up was a breeze

I don't know who was in charge of the recent changes but the app has become very annoying to navigate. Glitchy filters, incomplete results and search words, etc. I literally switched to the main Ikea app to browse and then doubled back into the PR one to place an order for the items I'd found. Please improve the browsing experience - especially the sales section.
