why i can't cancel my subscription? I tried many times on the app, but it's giving me failed to cancel the subscription!!!

Why don't you have at least English subtitles?

It's the worst application I've ever used, i subscribed with the monthly bundle to watch a series. The quality was so bad with no subtitles, and now I CAN'T CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION it's always FAILED to cancel. i tried to send an email to the support team, and no one is answering, i don't recommend this app at all.
