Ratings and reviews

I'm happy with the service, but browsing content is near impossible. I want to be able to browse by genre. Stand-up comedy. News shows. Drama. Animation. There's no way, even by typing a gene into the search bar, to browse by category. You can't browse the entire library. You are mostly at the mercy of direct title search or recommended titles, but with no rating system, how does the algorithm work?

Update 16/6/2025: I purchased a new phone and still have the same issues. Horrible App Experience. I've tried multiple devices at home and this app takes forever to connect, literally 10 mins of the circle just spinning around and around, and then it never loads. Netflix and other streaming apps work just fine. It's not an issue with the wifi network or other devices, it's an issue with this app. I paid for a whole year up front and can't even use this service.

The app and the website keep logging me out with no reasons ,and it keeps closing my series if i paused it for a minute, also it have disturbing ads ,and whenever i close something i was watching it disappears completely from "my list" with no "continue watching" button so I have to keep guessing which episode I reached.
