Update 16/6/2025: I purchased a new phone and still have the same issues. Horrible App Experience. I've tried multiple devices at home and this app takes forever to connect, literally 10 mins of the circle just spinning around and around, and then it never loads. Netflix and other streaming apps work just fine. It's not an issue with the wifi network or other devices, it's an issue with this app. I paid for a whole year up front and can't even use this service.

got the subscription through noon, it was a combo I got. I wanted the trial. Came out he an absolute trash with no ads policy. I was watching "from" series and had many ads and glitches. with subtitles going off again and again. Brought a new subscription from Starplay Arabia at much cheaper price to watch the same series. Osn+ not recommended totally, waste of money.

The app should allow us to set a separate PIN for each profile. It should also include an option to change the account email directly within the app, without relying on Anghami or any external platform. I shouldn’t feel locked into another ecosystem—if I signed up for OSN+, everything should be manageable from within the app itself.
