I just installed the app. Two stars for now. Same problem. There is only keypad with numbers. But you have to register first. Go to your account and open "prilojenia". Follow the instructions. After that it shows the password for the user. I wish someone from NetteraTv see the comments and negative ratings and answers here. Update* So far so good. It works smooth with good quality. Would be easier if there is a short guide for the set up. 5 stars.

I use this app regularly and I'm very happy with it. The only thing needs improvement is their software, which should be update regularly with new technologies because it causes internet speed slow down and freeze the video.

Really disappointed that all of the sudden now channels that were included in my subscription are locked. I have to pay $8 extra a month to unlock them. Disappointing!
