If you are in trouble no see the audio/ images in the device, you can solve this problem by using this Rescan SD Card. This tool will trigger a scan for Sd Card manually.

- Select directory want to scan

This has to be the best. My gallery wasn't showing any photos or videos and any of my music weren't showing either. But after downloading amd activating this app everything showed up like magic. Definitely recommend it if you have the same issue. Works like a charm. Thanks so much!

My problem with my SD card was that it doesn't play some videos, mx player telling me can't play this file and I expected this app to have done something about it.... But it just scanned the whole internal storage and SD card storage and nothing else... Nothing changed!

Worked. After I couldn't see my SD card files from my PC (1) unplugged USB cable from phone (2) cleared data on system app External Storage (3) same for External Storage and then forced stop this app (4) restarted phone (5) rescanned SD card from top level directory (6) and back in business.
