About this app

Looking for more comfortable way how to monitor your glucose levels? If you have a Samsung TizenOS smart watch then this is the ideal app for you!

THIS APP IS NOT FOR GALAXY WATCH 4 / 5. USE G-Watch Wear App FOR THESE WATCH MODELS.

G-Watch App consists of an Android mobile G-Watch Service application and companion Samsung smart watch face. G-Watch Service collects glucose values provided by 3rd party CGM applications and sends collected data to the watch. G-Watch watchface then displays received values to its user.
Currently G-Watch App supports the following CGM mobile and web applications: Glimp, xDrip+, DiaBox, Juggluco, Dexcom app, AndroidAPS, Nightscout and Dexcom Share

The appearance and behavior of G-Watch App native watch face is configured remotely from the G-Watch Service settings screen. Results are visible immediately after you send new configuration to the watch.

The actual glucose range is indicated with glucose value color. You can also configure watch hands to indicate current glucose range. Colors for each range can be customized. Actual glucose range is also indicated on the Ambient watch screen if Ambient / AOD mode is turned on.

Glucose levels thresholds for each range can be adjusted. Glucose units can be set either to mmol/l or mg/dl. Connection timeout and glucose sample timeout can be set to indicate actual status.

Appearance of the watchface can be fully customized, using your own image or colors, choosing the preferred dial, defining the size and colors of watch hands as you like. Appearance of every watchface component can be customized separately, components can be also hidden.

Glucose values can be also displayed in graph. Two modes are supported - dots and trend line. Colors and background are fully customizable.

Two sensors areas give you the possibility to watch your heart beat or steps performed, or see your watch or phone status.

The watchface contains also a collection of built-in themes allowing you to change the whole watchface look in a moment. To activate the themes menu use triple-tap on the bottom half of the watch screen.

The first run: G-Watch App watchface needs 1-2 glucose samples (up to 10 minutes) to display correct values. During this initial time no glucose info is shown.

Upgrade: After upgrade to a newer version the watch face settings must be re-applied from the Android G-Watch companion app. In main settings activity select 'Send all values' option from drop-down menu.

The app isn't reliable even though aesthetically it looks good. I have to restart the app on the phone several times a day which makes it pointless if I have to take out my phone to do that. The point of the watch is so I can discretely see my glucose levels without having to take out the phone.

I REALLY REALLY REALLY want this graph to work as a complication on my Samsung Watch 7. When I go into the data it has hundreds and hundreds of missed readings. Therefore not populating the graph at all. Have I done something wrong? I'm using a Libre 2. I've configured it to use LibreLink Up and it's using the correct user login. Please help.

I just started using this app within the last 24 hours so I hope I'm not premature in giving 5 stars. I was using either xdrip or nightwatch to transfer to my watch. They worked kinda ok but the bg did not always update right away so I wasn't sure on its accuracy by just glancing at it. Now I'm hooked directly into Dexcom & no need to use either of those. So far with this app every time my blood glucose changes on my phone, it immediately updates on my watch. Its fantastic!
