BTCL Telesheba is a public service oriented application. It enables the subscribers of Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited (BTCL) to complain the services(Telephone, Internet-GPON, ADSL, Bill etc.) provided by BTCL. The complaints submitted by the subscribers will automatically notify the respective officers of BTCL so that they (BTCL Officers) can fix the complaints and notify the subscribers also. BTCL subscribers can get the complaints' status through this application and give their feedback.

It's easy to complain. Just sign up with your valid email address and 11 digit mobile number. After sign up you can login with your email address or 11 digit mobile number.

I have given my email address and password very rightly and accurately, still when I sign in, red mark alert comes up - your password or email is incorrect. What the hell, without testing the app correctly, why you upload it for public use. It is nonsense. It does not work!!!!!!!

I can't submit complaint as it is continuously telling me that the issue is already processing but there is no issue submitted or currently running. The app restarts whenever I just quit. It is not insufficient ram but it’s a app catches problem. Overall I used it before. It is very good app.

This update doesn't work for other than GPON. GPON doesn't work during loadshedding. It's call setup time is longer. Echo is there. So GPON is useless in Bangladesh. Users are being compelled to use this useless GPON to serve interests of a specific group of powerful people. Now about this app, to lodge complaints for normal telephone is not available. Even, complaints for GPON is not possible also. Service phone number is not available in the drop down menu. The app not user-friendly at all.
