Seat reservations rarely work. I select the movie, venue, time, and seat - but when hitting "Payment", 9 times out of 10, the payment screen errors out and the seat is "no longer available" so I can't try again. Sometimes the ABA option isn't even available, which is what 90% of the country uses to pay. Good theaters, TERRIBLE app.

payment system is bad. always facing issues when paying - ie, 1 - cant put in card details like expiry date, 2- the khQR doesnt work which then brings you back to square one. only thing is, the initial seats you wanted is no longer available (as it is blocked from the previous session, booked under your name). highlighted this to the counter staff before, but obviously, nothing has been done to fix it.

The website has one of the worst user experiences on the internet. Couldn't book a ticket, so decided to install the app and do it there. Nope. App won't let me click "next." Major Cineplex, you need to fire your web and mobile app contractors asap. They're not a serious team and have cost you more in lost revenue over the years than whatever you've saved by choosing the lowest bidder. The web site (and app) has been unusable for years. It's 2023, time to fix it.
