Struggled to book tickets, cards keep saying invalid even though it's a valid card, and redirection to other banking application keeps on failing. It has degraded over the years

​🚨 URGENT WARNING: DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO M PASS! ​They intentionally removed the in-app cancellation button. To cancel, you must submit a form or contact staff. Staff claim to check with IT, but no cancellation confirmation arrives, only a repetitive "received information" email. This is a scam to force continuous payment. If this isn't resolved soon, I plan to report the app and file a formal complaint with the OCPB (สคบ.) in Thailand for unfairly taking advantage of consumers.
