​🚨 URGENT WARNING: DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO M PASS! ​They intentionally removed the in-app cancellation button. To cancel, you must submit a form or contact staff. Staff claim to check with IT, but no cancellation confirmation arrives, only a repetitive "received information" email. This is a scam to force continuous payment. If this isn't resolved soon, I plan to report the app and file a formal complaint with the OCPB (สคบ.) in Thailand for unfairly taking advantage of consumers.

Worst app ever! I just want to simply book a movie ticket but couldn't do so via this app. It keeps showing error and asking me to input the MGen number (no option to input email) For god sake! I registered M Gen like decade ago and who's gonna remember that 16 digits!?? Are you for real Major??????
