I can't even open it at all. As soon as I click on it, it starts to open, but then says "An unexpected error has occurred, please retry," and the app screen is just a solid black screen. I tried the usual spiel about clearing cache, uninstalling, and reinstalling, blah blah blah, but yeah, nope, nothing. It's broke. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I'll keep it for a little while, check for updates, and maybe try again later on.

at first it was good but then the app got a bug it wouldn't open for 3 days. I had to uninstall and reinstall it and it worked for a week or so and now it won't open again. I lost all progress in my one game and had only the last reward left, the biggest one of course, and I emailed the customer support team numerous times about this and no answer. it's been weeks. it's annoying.

Complete joke. The app works well enough, even though specific compensation (per paid by minutes) is vague in that you actually have to engage or play the game longer... WAY bigger issue is that it won't let me cash out for $.50, $1.00 or $1.50, even with 20,000+ coins/points redeemable. Dubious this gets resolved as I have attempted to troubleshoot and reach out to customer support. The principal stubbornly still attempting a cash out, even though it's only $1.50. Waste of time, unfortunately.
