Excellent and amazing idea! Oddly enough I find myself often in the position of starving for roughly a week every month due to inflation and poor governmental economics. While I primarily hope that the majority of the donated funds go to less developed countries and those who have nothing 100% of the time... I can't help but also wonder if it's a plaster on a larger wound... Figuratively speaking of course.

This seems like a good idea. Im just a little concerned at how quickly the app appropriated my information, debit card options included. Usually you need to verify yourself. I hope it's going to the right people.

Hey Charley, WFP has a number of measures in place to ensure that the funds we use go exactly where they are supposed to. If you are interested in learning more about oversight activities at WFP, we invite you to do so here: Have a great day!

This app needs better disclosure where's the money going? The app is advertising that 1 in 7 kids are hungry, then they show 2 kids from Africa and the remaining kids are not black but then the app shows they are clearly from 7 African nations where food is needed and 1 location which is Syria, and the app also advertises that 1 in 11 people are hungry but it does not disclose the locations. This app needs more disclosure where the money goes.
