Wish I had read reviews before renting anything on here. I have a Vizio smart tv and the highest possible wifi, yet the movie just kept freezing and buffering so much there was no way I could even watching it. Contacted customer service and they kept saying oh it works fine on our end, must be your service or your device. No, it's not. I watch movies on every other platform ALL THE TIME! Never any playback or buffering issues. This is literally the only platform that won't play the movie. I went on Amazon Prime and rented it, not one issue. The service is horrible and customer service is worse. They finally said that they would refund me ONE TIME AS A COURTESY. They made sure that was all in caps too. I don't recommend this app and won't even use it again.

It's worst streaming app I've ever used save yourself the money/headache and rent movies from a reliable company it's not worth the 50¢ off they are giving. I should have known this app was going to be bad, as soon as I hit play it wouldn't load, just had NANANA across the bottom of the screen. The audio is freezing while the video keeps playing, when that's not happening it will freeze periodically or the app just stops working entirely and boots me back to the main menu. It is hot garbage!!!!!

It's a good app if its on my TV but on my phone, whenever I click play on a movie, it just pauses and I can't unpause it. No incoming calls or anything it just doesn't work.
